I’m a mom of four kiddos and wife to a wonderful husband of twelve years. I'm on this journey of growth and learning right alongside you through Faithful Journey Counseling! I truly believe everyone needs someone in their corner—a cheerleader and partner to help figure out how to build the best life possible and guide your path to wellness.
I have a Master’s in Counseling from Liberty University and I’m licensed to work with clients in Maryland. I offer all my sessions virtually, so you can access mental health support without leaving home.
When I’m not working, life is a little chaotic (in a good way!). You might find me rushing through school drop-offs and grocery runs, experimenting with sourdough bread baking, or enjoying a good cup of coffee and a hike. I’m also really involved in my church and community, and my faith is a big part of who I am and how I do this work.
Through all my own ups and downs, I’ve learned a lot about grace, resilience, and hope—and I bring all of that with me to every session.
